📋 Terms of Service — TornTrade

By using TornTrade you agree to these terms. Last updated: 15 August 2026.

1. What TornTrade is

TornTrade is a third-party tool for Torn City players. It is not affiliated with Torn City or TITAN. Use of TornTrade does not guarantee any outcome in the Torn game.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Torn City account to use TornTrade. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Your API key

You provide a Torn API key to authenticate. We store only a hashed version — never your plaintext key. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. If you suspect your key is compromised, rotate it immediately in Torn settings and update it here.

4. Listings and trades

All trades happen directly inside Torn. TornTrade does not facilitate or intermediate any transaction. We are not responsible for disputes, scams, or failed trades. Always verify trade details inside Torn before completing.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Listing prices with intent to deceive or defraud other players
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Scraping, abusing, or reverse-engineering TornTrade's API
• Creating fake reviews or manipulating reputation scores

6. Availability

TornTrade is provided as-is. We may suspend, modify, or shut down the service at any time without notice.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
