Liability Index = (Score Forfeited×2 + Respect Lost×1 + Times Hosped×8 + Non-Hosp Hits×1) ÷ (1 + Activity Ratio). Activity Ratio = Hits Landed ÷ Times Attacked — the more you hit back relative to how much you're targeted, the more your raw liability gets discounted.
